It is disgusting for such a big financial service provider to not tell their clients that their money is not paid because of my surname not matching i mean why dont they call and let me know, the agent said we cant make outbound calls, i cant believe it, wow i wonder wat happens to people who are nt paid and they dont follow up what happens to their money but looking at hellopeters comments im nt shocked anymore, ABSA called me to tell me to send my marrieage certificate so why didnt Af call me thats the big question, companies should investigate before using af bcoz this is a problem
