Delayed feedack

I made a claim for my car on the 29th of July and from the day I called to claim I have been calling each and every day to get feedback from Dial Direct at my own cost. Today is the 5.08.13 and the car is still sitting idle at some workshop with repairs not having resumed. I have funished all the details required and seriously I have no idea what may be stalling the process. It is frustrating and causing lots of inconvinience to be without transport. I pay my premiums timeously without having anyone from Dial direct to call me and ask when I will pay. I have referred five friends to join Dial direct and it's a pitty that I might have to terminate my contract and also make it a point that they also terminate theirs to save them the very same dissapointment I have experienced. It is with regret that when one feels they have made a right insurance choice it turn out the opposite. I am not going to massage or be polite with any of the personel I intact iwith nor am I going to tolerate and be patient any longer. I am at the edge of excalating this matter to my legal team as it seems to be beyond my jurisdiction. That way I might be compensated for all the inconvenience caused and breach
