We applied for a home loan with Candace Deidre Govender from Nedbank at the end of last year (2012). Candace was always polite and pleasant to deal with. During the application process, as a first time buyer, I had many questions and queries regarding the process and she was always happy to assist me and answer my questions.
We moved into our home in March 2013 and we have had issues with the property and even though our bond is approved and she is no longer obligated to help me I have found that when making inquiries with her for help as to who to contact at Nedbank she has been prompt and willing to help with a good and friendly attitude.
She has been an absolute star and she deserves recognition from management for her amazing service standards that she has demonstrated.
