Nedbank Home Loan process is not customer friendly

Our extended bond was approved in November 2013. Only outstanding document was a NHBRC certificate from the builder. We supplied that in January 2014 when we started building. Now we are going through the whole approval process again. They want more and more documentation, after the bond was approved. And unless we follow up, no one contacts us on what is going on, and the process just stands still.

Why are we going through all of this?
And why can we not get feedback?
