Absa bank service from the Branch manager is totally disgusting, his people skills are pathetic. Despite banking with this bank for the last nine years their service and way of doing business is bad.
Too add to the matters, the branch manager should become a tea boy, he treats people like he is doing them a favour, I guess because he is in a terrain that people are not well off he classed all as one.
I am sadden by his approach, I have moved my banking needs to FNB and Nedbank - what a difference and it is like chalk and cheese.
Absa should invest in more training and development to ensure issues like this do not recur and take into consideration the customers financial histroy prior to labelling them.
