ABSA = The Circus Bank with Clowns and Bozos

I was gonna send an email to all Major Banks including ABSA itself, copy Standard Bank, Nedbank, Capitec, FNB, and others asking them how come that ABSA is the ONLY Bank that is unable to provide a Statement that shows the Merchant of a Purchase done, and I'm sure all the Bank will say that they can all supply Bank Statement to show Merchant details done at specific date and specific time, except of course ABSA!
What happened is that I swiped my ABSA Debit card at Planet Fitness for R2, 096 on 05-March-2013, and Planet Fitness is claiming that I this amount is outstanding on my side. To cut the story short, I went to ABSA and got an Archived Statement which shows the amount of R2, 096 deducted on my Account on the 05-March, but it doesn't show the merchant I.D And when I asked one of the consultants in Midrand Branch to check this she said that she sent a mail at Head-office and says they need 7 days. Now, how can this transaction not show the merchant's number (which is Planet Fitness) and how pathetic is it that they need 7 days for something so simple as this? It is disgusting and the VOICE is clear that everybody needs to close their Accounts with ABSA as its not worth Banking with
