FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH ABSA BANK DISGUSTING

I went to the branch ccollect my credit card. Stood in a queu for half an hour. Was asked where my bank statements were. I showed the sms sent which did not mention bringing statements with. The lady called the manager who then said my Nashua account was not good enough and i must bring the email header as well. Justa way to get rid of me cause of the bank statements. I told them to cut up my new card. Wow ABSA! DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
