Absa seriously need to do some training regarding internet banking. We wanted to do a transfer between our account and Absa Vehicle Finance account. I could not do a transfer via internet and then resorted to a transfer inside the bank and was told that it cannot be done either. I must do a cash withdrawal inside the bank and a deposit inside the bank. I was amazed as Absa is Absa how come? I contacted the complaints department who promised that Vehicle Finance will phone me. Danie called and gave me the "Absa Afwagrekeningnommer" and within a couple of minutes I added this account and the EFT was done. How in a million years did the branch not know this. Seriously people??
