After going through the frustrating process of having to claim in which I experienced long delays in feedback from the insurer and no feedback for about 2weeks after submiting my documents, then being told that my documents were never received, as well as hassles and the wrong information I received in relation to the claim process. After communicating with Adrian he understood my frustration and made it a priority to finalise my claim. Upon contacting the insurer again, Adrian was not in and Buhle then assisted who was also aware of the frustrations I experience - she then carfully advised me on the steps to follow and went the extra mile in constantly checking up and providing me with feedback - this gave me peace of mind knowing that my case was being given attention after weeks of wrong information and silence. Both Adrian and Buhle delivered on the promises they made and the feedback turnaround time was outstanding.
