I am so disgusted by the service I am receiving from FNB after being a client for how long now. I've been trying to apply for a loan via the FNB website and keep getting a message that someone will contact me to proceed with my application. The reason for this is due to me logging a query with them that my information displayed is incorrect. To date I have not heard from an FNB agent. This has been ongoing since December 2012. I don't even receive in contact sms's. I've tried correcting this online but nothing helps. I have no idea when money is paid in or being deducted off my bank account. What kind of customer service is this if a client has to log a complaint to get something done!!!
