"The Waiting Game"

I am a client of Standard Bank for more than 15years. I had a account with Stannic and the Accountnr 51272487001 which was, I thought, was settled a long time ago but failed to request the ownershippapers as I did not see the need. On the 3rd of January when I phoned Stannic to request same they advised me to go to the Legal Department as so I did only to be told there is still money outstanding. I reported the matter to their complants Deparment and William at Nr011 229 4289 was dealing with same on complantnr Nr31423401 but also no joy..I the finnaly settled the amount with Stannic on the 15th January 2013 as I only recieved some feedbank from the complaint as stated above and only after having to phone numerous times to only be able to leave a message. Rashida is dealing with my matter and telephonenr:011 227 4652 and her Supervisor Garith at 011 227 4651.I am currently waiting for my Registrationpapers and recieving no joy as when I phone I am told to wait and wait. It seems to be that nobody ever phones you back and service delivery is also not very high. After this I am really strongly considering moving my accounts to another bank who cares. ALL I WANT IS MY PAPERS!!!
