Bankmed has changed their Rewards Program from Vitaly to Momentum Multiply wef01/01/2013. Why Why why??? So I had to change my membership to Multiply to qualify for the gym membership discount.
I completed the application via telephone and the call centre agent confirmed that I will be contacted by Virgin active to finalize.
Beginning of Jan 2013 I received an email from Multiply and all the nice promises and that I can register online. So I tried. I have been struggling since the 09/01 to register online. Every time I recieve an error: "The contact details that you entered do not match our records". How's it possible that my details differ from the application details??? I phoned the call centre 3times without any success. No answer! I sent an email about this problem and received 3 emails back and still it is not working.
On the 31/01/2013 I received an sms confirming that my membership is cancelled. Why and How? I never cancelled it? I have tried to register online again this morning, but still the same error???! I tried to phone the call centre again, but still no answer???!
Why do they have a Call centre? Why do they have this program? NOTHING WORKS!
