On the 16th July 2013 I received a call from Charlotte from Nedbank personal loans head office as she said. I knock off early that day as I was sick after my doctor's appointment around 18:00 I was sleeping at home I received this call from charlotte she was very rude I tried to explain through to her that I'm not feeling well but she never took me serious instead she was shouting at me. Days before this phone call I received a call from personal loans I explained to them that my bank made an error on my account and they should debit the installment which is behind on the 20th of July. This calls to tell me where to get off and she doesn't allow me to talk as she is right and me as the client I'm wrong. You know I was planning of moving banks as I was happy with Nedbank but after such an experience I experience I don't think its worth it. So Nedbank just lost a potential client because of Charlotte from the head office
