Truly Disgusting Service

Last week I went to Nedbank, Norwood to get statements from my business account. This turned out to be a problem as my business partner (who is co-signee) left the company in July, and I did not inform the bank. Fair enough. This was my fault so I'm not complaining. What I am livid about is the service. The small business manager, Charlotte Maake was extremely rude and stroppy. The lady at the front counter called Charlotte to help us with our statements. I waved to her and said hi - she rolled her eyes and spoke to the lady in Sotho. Luckily, my friend who was with me speaks Sotho and could understand. Apparently Charlotte said: What do they want now? The lady asked her to help as she is our manager, and Charlotte said, ' 'no, I don't want to - give it to someone else. The branch manager was then called to help us, and she told me what documents to bring. The next day I came in with the papers, and told Charlotte that I didn't appreciate the way she treated us. She replied: 'just because you are frustrated with things, don't take it out on me" She started back-chatting me, even telling a nedbank employee standing next to her (who tried to apologise), to keep quite! DISGUSTING!!!
