FNB HOW CAN WE HELP YOU

When I needed your help you did NOT assist me at all instead you bombarded me with sms and calls. Before going on maternity leave I approached WESBANK and requested that my car pmnt be restructured for the duration of my maternity leave ONLY as I was not going to receive a salary during that time. The arrangement was that I would pay half of the instalment and that full pmnt would resume once back at work. despite being in contact with WESBANK THRICE THEY STILL SENT ME NUMEROUS SMS FOR pmnt and stated that if an arrangment was in place to disregard which i did. I have been paying half and this mionth I paid an extra R1000 YET THIS MORNING I RECEIVED A CALL SAYING PAY UP OR ELSE... I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND LACK OF EMPATHY FOR THEIR CLIENTS. I have been a loyal customer for many yeras and have never requested help or assistnace from them and when I needed help they were not interested. A colleague of mine was in the same boat as me and ABSA ASSISTED her in the time she was on maternity leave... I have had no assistance at all yet when walking past an FNB branch you read 'FNB HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? ' THIS IS A FACADE... PLEASE CHANGE IT AS ITS FALSE ADVERTISING.
