I called their customer service on thursday the 2/01/2014 wanting to make arrangements to atleast pay 50% of the instalment for the next 3months as i will be on an unpaid maternity leave since i am less that 12months working for my current employer. Nonhlanhla from collections told me that my account is less than 12months they wont allow arrangement, i told her that i wont afford but im willing to pay from my UIF then she said i must call them the following day as she will assign my account to an agent who will assist me further after getting authorization from their line manager. i called them today during lunch and i was told Cliff is handling my account but each time they transfer my call to him he just hungs up, my entire lunch hour was spent on the phone without any joy, i spoke to Denise and she said they will never assist me with that arrangement then transfered call to Cliff who hung up again for the 4th time in one hour. i dont know what to do as i do not want to loose my vehicle. my maternity leave is in 3weeks, i think cliff's surname is mokgahlane and his direct number is 0116328901 & the collections number is 0313148403, who can assist me to settle this account?
