I just received an sms from this company for notice of judgement for a Telkom account. I immediately phoned them. They had all my details, but for the wrong Telkom Account and my home address is also wrong!
According to my latest statement from Telkom my account is paid in advance and Telkom owes me R340.00
While typing this I received another sms from Telkom that a warrant of execution has been issued to recover assets worth R500 owed to Telkom.
I have never even received a bill from Telkom for this money outstanding. The first I hear about this is now from the sms received.
I have also not received any official documents except their sms and when calling their number their agents can't help me at all.
In my opinion they are just trying to my money claiming on Telkom's behalf and this is. I am also happy to lay a charge with the SAPS against these guys.
