I received a debit order for R800 on my FNB account from Telkom SA, and I'm not even a Telkom customer, I never was a Telkom customer. So I went to the Telkom shop where I had to phone the call centre, waited for about 50 minutes and no answer. So eventually I got hold of a guy who said I must email him my statement and ID. So lets hope he can resolve it. But honestly I don't understand how money can be deducted from my account if I've never ever even phoned Telkom.
