Complaint escalated - nothing done after that

After numerous telephone calls, a visit to the walk in centre and lodging a complaint on the telkom website, I resorted to logging a complaint here. I received feedback from Telkom on the same day stating that my complaint has been escalated and gave me an escalations number. This was a week ago and again, nothing happened. I received an sms thanking me for moving my Telkom service to my new address, but still, 30 days after requesting my service to be moved, I still have no service. Telkom also forced me to pay my account up to date before they would install the line at my new address, I paid the account around the 19th of this month although I had a statement that indicated that it was only due on the 26th of the month. After all of this, Telkom deducted the payment via debit order on the 26th. Telkom is doing nothing right. Every time I deal with them there is something that goes wrong. They promise things that they do not deliver on, they force you to pay accounts that is not due and then they deduct money from your account that you do not owe them. There is nothing that they do right.
