Taking too long to respond to my consultant

Good day,

I've put in a loan applicant and I've sent all the documents required and the sales consultant has been very helpful but she stressing that she has been sending the documents to the head office but no one seems to be responding to her and we are both starting to stress that the application will expire because it was done on Friday 16th August 2013 can something please be done.

This is really not a complaint, but a way of me reaching out to get this application done as soon as possible since I am a existing client with African Bank
