I am an African bank customer with a good paying record at the Bank. I made an application on Friday 2 August 2013 for a loan. I was told that it will be approved within minutes by the consultant before being told again that it has been referred to Head office for security checks, I don't have a problem with that
When we apply for a loan why would we take 48hrs to get a response when we are existing customers, with a good paying record?
But now I have been waiting for almost a week no sms nor phonecall?? I am so disappointed in this
