U Count does not assist

I have registered for U Count rewards on the 10.07.2013 and have filled fuel at several Caltex garages. The points were not allocated correctly. I did call the call centre and advise them of this on the 08 august to get it rectifies. The ref number is 18889943 and 3891752 and to date it is still not rectified. I also called again today and they cut the call whilst I was speaking to them. I would really appreciate some urgent assistance in this matte
