I am at a loss for words

I called Buyo over a month and a half ago after being given the run around by Nedbank Pavillion about a cheque that had reversed 7 months after being paid into my account and clearing. To date I have not have 1 call from anyone with regards to this. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get someone who can offer me a explaination as to why something like this could happen with no reason. I even reported it to with a ref number... still nothing. Her service (Buyi) was shocking, she tried to shift the blame and did not take responsibility for her actions. As for the Manager in the Forex team with her Nick, he too did not bother to get back to me.
