I suspected on my bank account no response

I got an sms on the 17/08/2013 at 12:40:57 from FNB, indicating that I applied for a loan. I called, on Monday and emailed no correspondence to date. I called earlier today (21/08/2013), and spoke to a consultant which couldn't advise what the sms was for. I'm also a customer with FNB a very long time now, and I'll change my bank with them immediately. Poor service, and unhappy customer once again
