We pay for slow lounge access now? NOT HAPPY!!!

Totally disgusted with FNB. I have been a platinum client with them for 5 years and mostly because I love the benefits and service I get. All of the sudden I notice I was charged for access to the slow lounge only to find out that one has to have a value of R5000 go through your account - but it has to be swiped. I find this totally unacceptable. Surely my entire salary that goes through my account should be enough? I am not happy with this as this benefit meant a lot to me. I am going to find somewhere else to bank. Not happy with having lost a benefit. Seems like FNB are losing the great service they offered and taking away benefits. The other banks are certainly picking up on offerings and services. I will go check out some of the other banks and see what they can offer me as I am not pleased with FNB for having taken a benefit away and enforcing such a stupid rule where they want R5K swiped through my card. Pathetic. Not happy with you FNB. I would rather go somewhere else where I don't get told how to deal with my money in exchange for a benefit!!!
