In May our 200 litre geyser was leaking and we called Nedbank who in turn sent out MAX PLUMBERS who installed a 100 litre geyser with no stickers reflecting batch or serial #'s. We notified Cowan and Charlene Van Dyk from Nedbank and they refuse to do anything about this. Not once did they call us, My husband and I have to continuously call and they put us on call hold for 15 minutes at a time before they speak to us. Previously 3 people could bath now after 1 person baths the water is cold. I am not happy with this small geyser, having COLD baths and want a 200 litre geyser installed as that is what we had previously. Thanks
