Worse off with new Geyser installed

On the 4th of July 2013 we discovered that there are no hot water and the drip tray's overflow are leaking water. After calling the insurance they send a plumber out to the situation. The plumber informed us that the geyser bursted and needs to be replaced. With the new geyser installed and hot water fixed a new problem arises, no water pressure. The kitchen and washmachine are fine but the bathrooms are terrible. The middel bathrooms bath barely supplies any water. The insurance just say my lines are blocked and they do not cover it, my point is that everything was fine until they worked on the system. The new geyser have been installed outside which is fine but my argument since they had to cut and install new lines something must have happend to cause this blockage. After numorous calls I just got a SMS stating this claim is colsed. I mean really thats it closed.
I am busy looking at other insurances because they do not have a problem taking my money every month but for a simple geyser replacement the stories are endless.
