What a way to start a day and all thanks to FNB. log onto Online banking and notice that r5000 is missing from my account, when questioned these funds were found to be reserved?? for what? now whether it being a staff member or client FNB has no right to process force debits from one's account without any authorization. worse part of it all no one can help WOW been pushed from pillar to post and the same people who loaded this onto the account are nowhere to be found and funny enough non of these numbers work, now people have bills to pay and food to put on the table as far as FNB is concerned they couldn't give a. Should no one respond to this i will proceed to take this matter further and someone will be held responsible.
