Reservining funds without my authorisaton

I almost had a heartattack this morning when i went into my account and saw that there was a large sum of money missing. I phoned my branch and they advised that the funds were placed on reserve by Lisa Rautenbach. I tried calling her this morning and even sent an email and still have had no response from her.

The responsible person went into my account and reserved funds R10000.00 (for what) i dont know she has not had the decency to advise any of the customers as to why she has done this. I have commitments which have to be met and bills that i need to pay. I need her to release my funds immediately as i have debtors who are waiting for their payments as i have committed to paying them today.
