I wrote the email below to Thomas (Supervisor) as a compliment for Sk one of the best consultants I have come across, I was so impressed by his efficiency I had to even post this here for the world to see.

This email serves as a compliment for Sk. I must say I am very impressed with his sterling performance as it was timely and efficient. I have spoken to a couple of agents beforehand on how to go about my claim and he was the only who was clear and concise. As soon as my claim was approved as surprisingly fast as it was, he still managed to give me a call to advise me of the outcome. He also managed to pick up that after a couple of days I still had not picked up the phone and he called me to find out if I had a problem. Such enthusiasm and passion for one's job is certainly what every agent should aspire to. He definitely is an asset to the company.
