Asking for a recording since 2012

Hi, I have asked for a recording of my last claim since 2012 and did not recieve same? WHY? I have lost my out bounes and almost sure I have discussed that I wont be losing this by logging said claim.. Why do I have to wait over a year for a recording"? Please revert and send me this recording as requested
