I would like to compliment Wendy Chileshe and Budget Insurance on their timely, fast and efficient, friendly service.
I was involved in quite a serious vehicle accident. Immediately, within a couple of minutes, an insurance tow truck was sent to the scene and the vehicle damage was assessed the same day, while I was at the hospital. There was no requirement for endless paperwork, just to drop off the vehicle registration certificate and the claim was paid out and finalised, without waiting to claim from the third party.
I am really impressed on the professionalism and friendly manner in which the claim was handled, which takes out the extra problems, hassles and stress associated in being in this kind of situation. I was also impressed at the new offices of the insurance building. It's a really modern, engaging environment and it looks like that they take care of their staff very well - which translates into good service and happy & satisfied customers.
