The FOREX division notified us via sms that funds had been paid to our account from an international company which was due to us. The notification has a telephone number and a reference number and in bold letters gives you 30 days to contact them! The telephone number provided is NEVER ANSWERED (PLEASE TEST IT). My first call to them took 32 minutes before I lost it, left it for an hour tried again and 40, 32 minutes later totally lost my cool as no one answered. No wonder our GM is in the process of moving all our business accounts as well as her personal accounts to FNB. Believe it or not I am currently on the phone trying to get through (currently 20 minutes).
Not being able to get through means that the 30 days will come and go and we will have lost the funds due to us which is needed to pay performance fees to artists. THIS IS TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE AND DISGUSTING!
