Apparently my call is important - I have been waiting for the Division for over 30 minutes to pick-up my call. IMPORTANT is not true.
I get calls from the division every now & then, when something suspicious has occurred with my card - they ask a lot of questions to verify if I am the card-holder .. however there is no verification that they are from the division. I got such a call two days ago, asking all the questions - ID number, telephone, address etc. - when it came to my account number I lost it.
I refused to give that - they wanted to cancel my card - they asked for permission and to contact my personal banker.
I have just phoned customer services - my cards have not been cancelled - they directed me to division.
Holding onto to the phone for over a 30 minutes is torture - that horrible music is out of tune - that repetitive voice entices anger. PLEASE revise your division - to receive calls from unknown people asking for a lot of information is opening myself up to as I suspect in this case. PLEASE hire more people to answer your calls within a 15 minute waiting period. PLEASE can I know if my cards have been tampered with.
