ABSA you and your staff are incompetent
Having me logged out of Internet banking without any notification, warning or alert, as well as logging a call with your totally useless helpdesk, waiting 3 days for absolute zero assistance, then transferring additional funds to my account to have Internet access re-enable and still have no access renders you as a company probably the MOST incompetent, utter useless and zero customer focus establishment in the 3rd world instance we call South Africa. You are the biggest contributor to the failure in BEE policies since your BEE policies are in place but the level of competence that you employ is appalling and unbelievable to think that I have to pay their salaries through hugely inflated ABSA service fees. I am waiting in anticipation for your calls for your funds, since I will be defaulting on my service fees very soon as a result of not being able to access my accounts. Be assured that I will be returning the service you so happily rendered me.
