On the 29th of January 2013, I was coming from N1 taking Lynwood offramp and as I was approaching the robot they were other cars in front of me. I reduced my speed as other cars were doing so. Before I could even stop I heard a bang. When I jumped out to see, I saw that another car had hit me from behind. The driver of the Mr Frikke De Lange a client of Riscor Underwriting Manager. He apologised for the accident by it is now more than a month and still my claim hasn't been settled. I have been in contact with Morris from Santam who has been so helpful to me to get this claim finalised. On 1 March he sent me the final settlement form which i completed at a fastest speed, he informed me that he has forwarded all the documentation to Riscor and he gave the contact number for Riscor to follow on payment process. I called today (8 March 2013) and i spoke to Adele she promised that she was going to call me before the end of the day and she never did. Their service is so pathetic and even though it is a third party their service. My car has been booked in for repairs and still no payment has been made to my account. I need to pay for the repairs and cant w8 for another 48 hours
