El Ridge: Franchisee parking handicapped parking

This person DALLAS (delivering dry clean to Multisquare El Ridge) has a habit of parking in handicapped parking (once TWICE across two parking bays, the low life!). Last Monday at noon, he thought he was 'clever' and he parked right NEXT to handicapped parking. Do YOU as a company accept that kind of behaviour, by either a franchisee or by a delivery person (dry clean) to one of your shops???
