I AM NOW BEGGING FOR ASSISTANCE

Dear Shafeeka, Lynette, Lebogana or anyone at VAF (including Keshnee Reddi),

546502910001 for the client: MORRIS

I am currently living outside of SA. I have a friend who has bought my car. Her name is Thandi and she has been CC on all correspondence regarding the car.

The vehicle is paid off. You at Standard Bank have confirmed this.

Keshnee Reddi from Standard Bank was given specific instructions exactly where she was supposed to send the documents. She sent them to the wrong address. Now she cannot track them down and we cannot carry on with transfer of ownership of the car.

THIS IS GETTING BEYOND RIDICULOUS AND VERY IRRITATING AS WE WANT THIS DEAL TO BE COMPLETED.

I don't know who else to talk to and I not considering serious action against the bank.

I would like a response by Tuesday or I will have to take the matter further.
