Example of Great SA service

Stephanie Williams from Riscor told me that I had a service available to me where I would have a handyman come help me with my oven that I was not even aware of I had. She gave me the number to call and told me to let her know once done.
Yesterday I made one call and they logged a call with Aldo Swart from FSG Trading. I clearly requested that he came as soon as possible today.
This morning I got a call from Aldo, he informed me how his day is going to play out and what time he will be at my house. He showed up on time, fixed the problem, gave me a call to tell me what was wrong and confirmed it was fixed. Unbelievably professional.
