My son was admitted to hospital and it was the first time I had had to claim. I battled to get the necessary documentation from the hospital as I had paid up front and did not receive any billing. Clarisse went out of her way to contact the hospital herself and obtain all the necessary documentation, kept me up to date with each step, confirmed that the claim had been accepted and took an absolute load off of my mind.
