Horrific service

I requested to be called back to make a claim as my dad is sick and I didn't wanna take a loan as both of my parents are not working. I got a call from a lady Adams Shamiyah and she said she would send me the forms to fill in and fax which I did. With no feed back from her and I sent her a number of email and she then called me and said that's she was contacted and the was some information missing and she had to fill out in then send it to the relevant department. After a week I called and sent emails with no reply. She then sent me a email saying she would check what the delay was but she still didn't get back to me. She told me my money would take 7 working days to go in to go in to my account. Its now been three weeks and the family doesn't have anything to eat. The service is shocking and I'm cancelling all my policies with them including my partners. You don't need this kind ofsservice when you already have problems of your own
