Definitely "bend over backwards"

My company took out a new policy with Outsurance for a vehicle. Yesterday, the dealer took the vehicle to PG Glass in Pinetown to have the Tracker system checked. PG Glass said they couldn't do the check because the policy was in the name of an individual (the person who arranged the insurance) and not a company. This was ridiculous as I had the policy in front of me clearly naming the company and the persons name was under "For Attention".

I reached Ronel at the Call Centre and within 5 minutes she had called to PG Glass, advising them that the policy WAS in the name of the company and phoned me back with feedback.

Please could management at Outsurance pass on my thanks to Ronel and my feedback to her manager.
