Unpaid bill of MRI scan, 25 June 2013, R10 226.60. Called medical aid, despite having authorization number (QH70024699) the account was on hold for payment. Having an authorization number according to agent, NOSI, it does not guarantee payment. They were waiting for hospital bills to be paid first... and then...? There is a separate slot for these scans as benefit not having any attachment to other limits!
