I"ve had more then one incident with them, the latest was my wife was pregnant and enquired about how the medical aid would cover, the lady at the hospital then contacted moto health and they assured her they would cover the birth, all she has to do is on the day she goes into labour, she has to phone for a pre authorization number, which we did and at the time they sang a different song. now i have to pay the hospital R6500 where as im paying nearly R2000 a month for a medical aid that cannot help me. A while ago i went into the help desk in town as i cannot get hold of anyone via telephone as you hold for ages, and i now know why because as we got the the help desk, there was nobody there and we were told there all on lunch, we waited for over 2 hours before they got back. In another incident my son got sick and they refuse to give me an authorization number, the doctor who saw to my son actually took the phone and swore at them as it was a life threatening illness and then they gave it. So all im wanting is an authorization number so i can be at ease.
