I am very disappointed with the service I received. I called the below number displayed on their website to retrieve an application reference number and no one could help me! The call centre is useless.

"Can't remember your reference number? Give us a call on 0860 FASTAP (327827) and we'll retrieve it for you"

For this reasons I will cancel my application for a credit card and go to another bank!
