A Marathon Credit Card Application- 17 days

My story started in December 2012, I tried to apply for a credit card online. the salary information was incorrect, it reflected wrong gross income.

Jannuary 2012-01-02 received a call (S301021012) to email latest payslip to [Email Removed] or fax to 011 371 2181. Another SMS on the 03-01-2012 to fax ID and proof of income Ref 12347-056223998.

January 07, email required supporting documents and again on the 09 January after calling the 0860 FASTAP (327827) and faxed them.

January 11 13:32 called the 011-369-2800 to enquire about the outcomes of my application. send from pillar to post.

January 11 13:57 called 011 632 2210 for 4 times, I was told to that my application is still in capturing stage. I will know the outcomes on Tuesday 15th.

Today Thursday 17 January and still waiting for atleast an SMS. what a marathon.

What a bad services, is this a banking with IT systems or are we still in dark ages.
