Got a call from Melanie at the resolution centre. Her service was good, but she informed me that the device insurance department will not compensate meon this long overdue matter as its my fault and not theirs??? it does not even make sense at all!!! they loose my phone yet its my fault because they are incompetant. cant belive this now the matter will be taken to the Ombudsman so that hopefully he can make an intelligent decision. I will not back down and will gladly take this matter to the Ombudsman. Where it is so obvious that fnb is in the wrong andi have all the documentation and saved all the emails to show how fnb doesnt have a clue whats going on. Just thought i should post this so everyone can see what fnb is doing to me
