NO FEEDBACK!!!

12/08/2013 I phoned and spoke to Stella, requesting my debit date to be changed and if Standard bank can review my term and interest rate as SA Homeloans is offering me a better deal. Stella confirmed it takes 3 working days and to date I have no feedback.

Today, 19/08/2013, I phone and spoke to Phulani Nyati, who is probably your most unfriendly, unhelpful, arrogant and rudest call center agent. He even said that Standard bank doesn't review interest rates if the bond is already registered. Really...? Funny that Stella and Lance (who I also spoke to last week) didn't mention anything. If this is the case I will definitely be moving my bond to SA Homeloans. Can anyone please get back to me as, according to him, there is nothing anybody can do in order to give me feedback.
