Changing information without Authorisation

Dec 2012, we applied for a re-advancement on our bond. Long story short, after bond was granted, some monkey at back office changed our debit date from the last day of the month to the 20th.

From January 2013 we are receiving calls and letter from Std bank to say we are in arrears on our account.

Im sorry i am not accepting this service. I need Standardbank to send me the letter i signed for changing the debit date.
Cause i have never, if you cant prove this i want my date to be changed back to the last day.

Im so frustrated with Standard bank Homeloans dept, it not even funny how the consultants are so clueless in that department.

I need this to be fix immediately.
