I was involved in a armed on 3 June 2013. It was reported to the police, I had a case number. My jewelry was not specified, Marius Zeelie still insisted on valuations, he wanted the original valuations, I had to go twice from Benoni to Montana in Pretoria to get it. I had to get quotes for everything, which I did. Marius Zeelie treated me like a criminal. Without the jewelry, that I said from day one was not specified, they paid last week R5000 into a Santam card. I had to replace my reading glasses and my driving glasses because I can't word or drive without it. I had to replace all my gym clothes, gym shoes and bag. I couldn't wait 11 weeks to replace the goods. It came to a total of R22000. Censeo, with Marius Zeelie and Dawie de Jongh, recommended that they do not pay out anything. I can't believe the attitude and the service I got from these people. The same with the broker, Lana du Preez. I am certainly not happy with R5000 that is paid into a card. I never since I have got insurance claimed for anything. I just feel they have wasted a lot of my time and money and then they tell you they can't help you. I am cancelling my insurance as from 1 September 2013 with them.
